Mahadewi77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming any of the above conditions at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

Each player is permitted to hold one registered account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device configurations — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to promptly update your account information whenever any of these details change.

4.2 KYC Documentation

Mahadewi77 applies mandatory KYC procedures in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards. You may be required to submit the following documents prior to or during your use of the Platform:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identity document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent).
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., bank statement showing your name alongside your Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, or Hong Leong account).

4.3 Account Security

5.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method legally registered in your own name.
• Mahadewi77 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be refunded, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted at the prevailing market rate at the time of confirmation on the blockchain. Mahadewi77 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit initiation and confirmation.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in your name that has been previously verified through the KYC process.
• Players must have wagered their deposit amount at least once before a withdrawal request will be processed, unless otherwise stated.
• Mahadewi77 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within one (1) business day for verified accounts. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or e-wallet provider.

Mahadewi77 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome packages, reload bonuses, cashback offers, loyalty programme rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit incentives. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are displayed at the point of offer acceptance. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have completed the required KYC process.
• Players may not withdraw bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount. The exact multiplier for each promotion is stated in the relevant offer terms.
• Mahadewi77 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in will be notified of material changes.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordination with other players, or exploitation of promotional mechanics — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account closure.

6.2 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds that are not used or wagering requirements that are not completed within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited will automatically expire and be removed from the account balance without further notice.

6.3 Cryptocurrency Bonuses

A 2% top-up bonus of up to MYR 688 is available on qualifying cryptocurrency deposits. This bonus is subject to a 10x wagering requirement. Cryptocurrency values are assessed at the time of deposit confirmation and are not adjusted retroactively for market movements.

• Mahadewi77 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where there is evidence of irregularity, match manipulation, or technical errors affecting odds calculation.
• In-play football betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, and other competitions — are subject to the specific in-play betting rules applicable to each event.
• All game outcomes for casino products are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently audited for fairness.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a live game session, the affected game round will be voided and the wager refunded to the player's account balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on mahadewi77 and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to access the Platform, place bets, or interact with any game or service.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void and subject to clawback.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an advantage in any game, particularly in poker or live dealer games.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment credentials.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC processes.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Platform staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion or account restriction by registering a new account under any name or identity.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another person.

Mahadewi77 employs a range of technical and manual detection measures to identify prohibited conduct. Where a violation is confirmed, we will take appropriate action including — but not limited to — immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to law enforcement or regulatory bodies where required.

Mahadewi77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• A breach of any clause within this Agreement has occurred or is likely to occur.
• The account is being used in a manner that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or its other users.
• A player is engaging in or facilitating fraudulent, illegal, or money-laundering activities.
• A player has failed to complete KYC documentation within the required timeframe.
• A player has requested account closure under our self-exclusion policy.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction requires us to do so.

9.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your last-used verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

9.2 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Mahadewi77 may charge an administrative fee of up to RM 10 per month on dormant accounts with a remaining balance. Players will be notified by email before any such fee is applied.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal and non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software underlying the Platform.
• Creating derivative works based on any Platform content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mahadewi77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from network interruptions, payment gateway failures, or third-party service outages beyond our reasonable control.
• Temporary inaccessibility of the Platform due to maintenance, technical upgrades, or unforeseen system failures.

• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password confidentiality.

Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability where such exclusion would violate mandatory applicable law.
